About Us

Our Founder Brianca has been around Real Estate the majority of her life. Her father a Real Estate broker and Mother a Realtor in her home State of California, Real Estate was her destiny. Following in her parents’ footsteps she became licensed at the young age of 21. In 2017 her husband and two children moved to NC! She is now a knowledgeable veteran in her career holding licenses in CA, SC & NC. With an education in Interior Design, and her husband a Licensed Contractor, this duo is constantly mixing fresh new ideas and expertise with their knowledgeable NC native team, to the fast-moving Charlotte market! Providing clients with excellence is our standard. Our goal is for our clients to not only realize their dream of attaining a piece of the American Dream thru home ownership but, to own that home with custom design choices that lend the feeling of “This was made for me!” Southern Residence is a one-stop-shop to realizing your custom-designed affordable Modest or Tiny home with a luxury feel.
